Job summary

CH&CO is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor in Liverpool to oversee all catering and service operations on a full-time basis (35 hours/week). You will lead kitchens and service counters to deliver exceptional food and service, with opportunities for progression within a growing Compass Group UK&I team.

You will manage teams, ensure health and safety standards, and maintain a strong brand presence while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicating with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image for Compass Group UK&I.
• Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Training and supporting teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across teams.

Job description

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences.
