Job summary

CH&CO is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor in the Rothwell area to oversee all CH&CO catering and service operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly while delivering exceptional food and service.

With a focus on team leadership, health and safety, and KPIs, you will drive quality, represent the brand, and help progress your catering career within Compass Group UK&I.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated with a desire to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicate regularly with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train teams, leading from the front to help everyone excel.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.
