Job summary

Contract Options in Northampton is seeking Catering Staff to join a busy catering operation at a well-established distribution site. The role is Temporary to Permanent with hours Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, and opportunities to work weekends at enhanced rates.

You will support the day-to-day catering operation, ensuring high standards of food service, cleanliness and customer service are maintained, with responsibilities including food prep, service and kitchen duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, hospitality or a busy kitchen environment.
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Good understanding of food hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and service of food and refreshments.
• Assist with general kitchen and catering duties.
• Wash up and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
• Keep catering areas, equipment and utensils clean and organised.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety, and COSHH procedures.
• Work efficiently as part of a busy catering team.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
