We are seeking a Catering Services Manager to oversee operations primarily at our Sutton site. The role involves managing staff and HACCP procedures across various catering areas, including ward areas, the restaurant & cafe, and functions, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout.
Main duties of the job
Deliver the highest quality catering services for patients, visitors, and staff, within financial constraints. Ensure food quality in all service areas and proper management of stock and supplies according to operational procedures. Achieve 'Best Value' in line with Trust and NHS guidelines. Collaborate with the Head Chef/Catering Team to follow stock management procedures and coordinate all catering management aspects as directed by senior management.
