Job summary

ISS is seeking a Catering Manager to lead a busy café operation at Horizon House in Bristol. You will manage day-to-day catering activities, lead a small team, hands-on in food preparation and service, and ensure high standards across food quality, customer experience, financial performance and safety.

The role requires previous contract catering or café leadership, strong kitchen management, budget awareness, and a Level 3 Food Safety qualification (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• Previous contract catering experience is essential.
• Experience managing a catering or café operation.
• Strong food preparation and kitchen management skills.

• Good commercial awareness and budget management experience.
