ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a Catering Manager to lead the Horizon House café in Bristol, overseeing day-to-day operations, menu planning, and a small team while being hands-on in food preparation.

The role focuses on high standards of food quality, customer service, financial performance, health and safety, and staff engagement, with a 40-hour week on a permanent government contract.

Qualifications

• Previous contract catering experience is essential.
• Experience managing a catering or café operation.
• Strong food preparation and kitchen management skills.
• Experience leading and motivating teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good commercial awareness and budget management experience.
• Level 3 Food Safety qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• A professional, organised and proactive approach to work.

• Managing all aspects of the catering operation.
