Job summary

ISS is seeking a Catering Manager to lead a busy café operation at Horizon House in Bristol. You will manage the day-to-day catering, lead a small team, and ensure high standards in food quality, customer service, safety and financial performance.

With previous contract catering experience and a Level 3 Food Safety qualification (or willingness to obtain), you will plan menus, control budgets, monitor waste and drive a great customer experience while maintaining compliance with health and safety

• Previous contract catering experience is essential.
• Experience managing a catering or café operation.
• Level 3 Food Safety qualification (or willingness to obtain).
