Eurest is seeking a Catering Manager to take ownership of a busy operation in Daventry, delivering excellent food and service across a Monday–Friday schedule. You’ll lead a team, manage client relationships, and take full responsibility for performance, profitability and standards on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract catering management.
• Strong P&L management and commercial performance.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of catering operations, stock control and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day catering operation with high service standards.
• Take full P&L responsibility and monitor financial performance.
• Manage stock, purchasing controls to minimise waste and maximise value.
• Lead, develop and motivate the team with HR responsibilities.
• Build relationships with client and on-site stakeholders.
• Oversee hospitality services and ensure events/functions are exceptional.
• Drive new ideas to enhance customer experience and business performance.
• Maintain strong HSE, food safety and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve operation and client experience.
