Qualifications

• Experience as Catering Supervisor or Catering Manager in a mid-to-large scale dining environment.
• Experience with food mass production.
• Strong leadership, organisation and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Head up a team of chefs, catering assistants and team leaders.
• Deliver a friendly, welcoming experience to guests.
• Ensuring the dining room is running correctly.
• Working within a large scale dining environment.
• Looking after all financial aspects of the catering operations, ensuring the function remains within budget and all other back office work.
