Booker seeks a Catering Sales Manager to grow our catering sales across designated areas and deepen relationships with caterers, restaurants, pubs and more. You will identify opportunities, grow existing accounts and collaborate with internal teams to deliver profitable results.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development within food/catering is ideal.
• Strong understanding of catering/food service market or willingness to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with active listening to understand customer needs.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and adapt style to meet customer needs.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work autonomously or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new and existing business opportunities within your targeted area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and drive profits.
• Stay up to date on market trends and share knowledge with customers and the business.
