Platinum Recruitment Consultancy in Fareham is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead a busy operation and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will manage daily service, staff rotas, recruitment support and waste reduction while driving sales and maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality.

• The ability to motivate a team, organise daily operations and maintain high standards.

Responsabilités

• As Catering Manager, you'll take ownership of the daily operation, lead your team and ensure customers receive an excellent experience.
• Oversee daily service, ensuring the operation runs efficiently and smoothly.
• Lead, motivate and develop your team, making sure everyone understands their responsibilities and expectations.
• Plan staff rotas and support recruitment to ensure the operation is suitably staffed.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Manage stock levels, monitor usage and minimise waste.
