Qualifications

Responsibilities

• As Catering Manager, you'll lead the kitchen team and will: Head up a team of chefs, catering assistants and team leaders.
• Deliver a friendly, welcoming experience to guests.
• Ensuring the dining room is running correctly.
• Working within a large scale dining environment.
• You will be looking after all financial aspects of the catering operations, ensuring the function remains within budget and all other back office work.
