Job summary

Midas is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead a busy operation at the activity centre site in London. You will manage a team of chefs and catering assistants, ensuring top quality food, service and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, high-volume production experience and solid food safety knowledge. You’ll manage staffing, stock and budgets while maintaining exceptional standards.

Are you an experienced Head Chef, Chef Manager or Catering Manager with strong team leadership and high-volume catering experience? We're looking for a confident catering professional to lead a busy operation, managing a team of Chefs and Catering Assistants while ensuring excellent standards of food, service and safety.
