Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Chef Manager for a corporate staff restaurant in Cambridge. You will lead a small team and deliver high-quality food service in a professional environment, with breakfast and lunch service for about 120 covers daily.

Key Responsibilities:

As Chef Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the staff restaurant, including:

• Leading and managing a small team of one Chef and two General Assistants
• Overseeing breakfast and lunch service, catering for approximately 20 breakfast and 100 lunch covers daily
• Managing food ordering, stock control and financial performance
• Creating staff rotas and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations
• Building strong relationships with the client and maintaining high service standards
