Role focuses on staffing, mass food production, budget control, and back-office tasks, with a good work-life balance and no late-night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Catering Supervisor or Catering Manager in a mid-to-large scale dining environment.
• Experience with food mass production.
• Strong leadership, organisation and decision-making skills.
• Level 3+ Food Safety and Allergen Management qualifications.

Responsibilities

• As Catering Manager, you'll lead the kitchen team and will: Head up a team of chefs, catering assistants and team leaders.
• Deliver a friendly, welcoming experience to guests.
• Ensuring the dining room is running correctly.
• Working within a large scale dining environment.
• You will be looking after all financial aspects of the catering operations, ensuring the function remains within budget and all other back office work.
