The post oversees café operations and aims to build transferable employability skills for internships, work placements and future employment.

Qualifications

• A recognised teaching qualification.
• A relevant catering/hospitality qualification or strong industry experience.
• Experience supporting ALN learners and adapting teaching to meet diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured, engaging learning across our cafe and life-skills kitchen.
• Oversee the daily operation of the café and life-skills kitchens.
