John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to work in the Partner dining room, delivering quality food to colleagues and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

You'll help with stock replenishment, food prep, and pot wash, with shifts 06:30–14:30, Monday to Friday. The role emphasises teamwork, customer-facing service, and adherence to food safety practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have basic catering experience.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team to deliver a smooth catering service.

Responsabilités

• Work as a team to ensure a smooth catering service.
• Provide positive Partner interactions with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Follow health and safety and food safety procedures in all tasks.
• Ensure stock is stored away and replenished.
• Reduce food wastage by rotating stock carefully.
• Resolve issues promptly using initiative.
• Maintain high personal hygiene standards.
• Provide prompt service at a cashless till and manage vending machines.
