South Lanarkshire Council is seeking a Facilities Assistant (Catering) for Carluke, covering Crawforddyke Primary School and St Athanasius Primary School. The post is 20 hours per week, term time, Monday to Friday 8am–2pm, at an hourly rate of £13.80.

You will prepare meals following recipes and maintain hygiene across production areas and equipment, contributing to safe food service in school settings. This role supports catering services across Council locations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals within recipe guidelines and undertaking hygiene work practices in relation to storage, preparation, cooking and service of food including cleaning of production areas, equipment and utensils.
