Responsabilités

• Facilities Assistant (catering): responsible for preparing meals within recipe guidelines and ensuring hygiene in storage, preparation, cooking and service of food, including cleaning of production areas, equipment and utensils.
• Facilities Assistant (catering): maintain hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with food safety standards.
• Facilities Assistant (cleaning): perform cleaning across floors, furniture, fixtures and fittings, sanitary areas, walls and other areas; report to Cleaning Supervisor.
• Shifts vary; catering shifts typically 8am–11am or 11am–3:45pm; cleaning shifts typically 6am–9am or 3pm–6pm.
