Thomas Franks Ltd. in Aberdeen is seeking a General Assistant to join our fast-paced catering team. This full-time, permanent role is 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £13.45 per hour.

You will support serving customers, help with stock, cleaning and basic food prep, while upholding food hygiene standards. The role offers training and development within a leading independent contract caterer.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers, replenish stocks, clean work areas.
• Prepare service areas for daily business.
• Set up, serve, clear, and store food, beverage and equipment for functions.
• Prepare basic food following hygiene standards.
• Restock and replenish during service and assist with customer needs.
• Follow food safety and allergen procedures.
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends for events.
