Responsibilities

• Manage the till float and handle cashing up with accuracy and integrity.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene practises and processes, adhering to daily, weekly, and deep cleaning schedules for all restaurant areas.
• Actively upsell products to enhance customer choice and boost profitability.
• Assist with the restaurant's opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
• Deliver quality, uniformity, and consistency to all customers, upholding the organisation's high standards.
• Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as required to support the team.
