Are you passionate about food and making a real difference in the lives of others? We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Catering Assistant to join our team at Ridgemount Banstead.

Your role will involve:

1. Assisting in the preparation of meals, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
2. Serving meals to residents in a friendly and caring manner.
3. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
4. Washing dishes and ensuring all food preparation areas are kept tidy.
5. Following food safety regulations and health & safety guidelines.

We’re looking for someone who:

1. Has a caring and patient nature, with an understanding of dementia care.
2. Can work well as part of a team.
3. Is reliable, flexible, and able to work on a zero-hour contract basis.
4. Experience in catering or a care setting is preferred but not essential – training will be provided.
