The Role

1. Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and related areas.
2. Prepare produce for mealtime, such as vegetable preparation and making sandwiches.
3. Ensure correct storage of all dry and perishable produce.
4. Safely store cleaning materials.
5. Ensure all cooking utensils and pots are cleaned to the required standards.
6. Carry out any tasks assigned by the Head/Second Chef or Home Manager.
