Berkeley Scott seeks hardworking, reliable Catering Assistants for school catering settings in Birmingham. This temporary contract pays £12.71 to £14.00 per hour, dependent on experience and assignment, with weekly pay and immediate starts available. Duties include food preparation, serving meals to pupils, maintaining hygiene standards, washing up and general kitchen support. Previous catering experience is welcome but not essential, as applicants keen to gain more experience are equally considered. Reliability, enthusiasm and a willingness to follow food safety procedures are key skills required. Assignments offer regular, ongoing work across school environments, with friendly support from the Berkeley Scott team. Holiday pay forms part of the package.
