Job summary

Berkeley Scott in Birmingham is recruiting Catering Assistants to join our team in school catering environments. Immediate starts available, with weekly pay and a competitive hourly rate between £12.71 and £14.00.

You'll support the smooth running of school kitchens, assist with meal service, maintain hygiene, and work as part of a reliable team. DBS checks and references are required; training opportunities exist for certified candidates.

Qualifications

• An Enhanced DBS check is essential for working in schools.
• Two references required.
• Food Safety Level 2 certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
• Food Allergen Awareness certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
• Good timekeeping and a positive attitude.
• Previous catering experience is desirable but not essential.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
