About the role:
Twickenham Stadium is seeking a dynamic Catering and Events Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of catering operations across conferences, banqueting, events, and match days. You will lead the planning and execution of high-quality food and beverage services, ensuring a seamless guest experience and maintaining the standards of the Twickenham Experience brand.
In this hands-on role, you'll manage food service, bars, back-of-house operations, and storage areas, working closely with internal teams and clients to meet business needs and exceed expectations. You will monitor market trends, implement service innovations, and drive performance to maintain our position as a leader in stadium hospitality.
This full-time position is based on a 40-hour week over 5 days, with flexibility required to support event schedules.
