  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies, including Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, Licensing, and Environmental guidelines.
  • Maintain tight control over costs, stock, cash handling, and supplier ordering processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with budget targets.
  • Support senior operational managers with reporting, financial analysis, and implementation of corrective action plans for revenue and cost variances.
  • Drive a culture of excellence by leading by example, ensuring uniform standards, sharing best practices, and actively addressing performance or compliance issues.

Who you are:

  • Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Confident and articulate, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, customers, and internal teams at all levels. Builds and maintains strong relationships based on trust, respect, and collaboration.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in planning and execution, ensuring all aspects of catering and events are delivered to the highest standard.

  • Commercial Awareness: Keeps informed on industry trends and competitor activity, applying insights to enhance the performance and innovation of our services.
  • Deadline-Oriented: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure to tight timelines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms, with the ability to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and client engagement.

Benefits:
