Job Description

We are recruiting a procurement professional for the construction / estates / FM / works category spend areas. The successful candidate will work with an interesting estate portfolio, delivering category, procurement, and contract management across a wide stakeholder community.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Clear commercial / procurement experience in the construction / estates / FM / works / property categories, with knowledge of JCT / NEC forms of contract (useful but not essential).
• Experience with contracting using Public Sector procurement rules - PCR2015 / OJEU (desirable).
• Knowledge of category management / contract management and its commercial importance, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
