Your Role: Overview

As our Category Manager, you will be the driving force behind our product launches, core product management, and market alignment. You'll be the expert in showers and bathroom fittings, analyzing trends, monitoring competition, and collaborating with both local and international teams to deliver an exceptional product range.

Your Role: Challenges

We seek a proactive, commercially savvy individual who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll work with some of the UK's biggest retailers across Builders Merchants, DIY, and E-commerce, communicating with multiple stakeholders at different levels to ensure our category portfolio remains competitive and profitable.

Your Role: Opportunity

In this role, you will shape category strategies, influence product development, and drive sales growth. You'll collaborate closely with commercial teams in the UK, European business units, and global product development teams. Your Responsibilities

• New Launches: Own pre-launch forecasts, collaborate on customer launch plans, drive and track performance post-launch, and ensure new products are ready for the UK market.
• Core Products: Work with marketing to update communication materials, define core ranges for major customers, and maintain a deep understanding of categories and products.
• Source of Knowledge: Support internal teams with category performance tracking, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Collaboration with HQ: Address UK product needs, advise on product adjustments, and ensure compliance with UK-specific requirements.
  
  

Your Department

You'll be part of the product management team for the UK & Ireland market, working closely with European product management specialists and the Global Product Management team.

Your Skills

• Proven experience in category management or a similar role within the bathroom, kitchen, or home improvement sector.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive informed decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
