Job Description: We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Category Development & Trade Marketing Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. This role in the Away From Home business will be responsible for generating and capturing opportunities with the National Wholesalers and Cash & Carry within our Route-to-Market channel. It will involve a blend of Category Development responsibilities—such as providing range, display, and RGM strategies externally—and Trade Marketing responsibilities—such as executing category-driving brand activations and B2B initiatives aimed at independent operators. The role requires a customer-centric mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders through data-to-insight. Significant time will be spent externally with wholesale customers to understand their business, category dynamics, and customers, balanced with internal responsibilities related to strategy creation and stakeholder management.
