This is your opportunity to join a thriving, independent Drinks business that sells its iconic products in 200 markets across the world.

The Role:
  1. Analyse data to develop and execute global category and portfolio opportunities in alignment with the Category Growth Vision.
  2. Provide recommendations for portfolio activities, activation materials, and toolkits to enhance the brand’s role in the category.
  3. Lead the development and execution of category-led activations and customer propositions to drive business growth and increase market share.
  4. Collaborate with Global Brand teams and key markets/regions to establish clear range and merchandising principles.
  5. Develop category principles for channel segmentation to maximize ROI efficiency and savings.
  6. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders, analysing campaign effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI.
  7. Build and manage strong internal relationships with different functions.
  8. Partner with markets to cultivate strong customer relationships with priority customers and drive growth.
The Person:
  1. Experience working in a multi-market category or customer marketing role for an FMCG business.
  2. Comfortable analysing and interpreting data from multiple sources, ensuring this can be translated easily to internal stakeholders.
  3. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  4. Growth mindset individual who wants to be part of a distinctive drinks business!
