Due to the development and continued growth of the Top Tier law firm’s Personal Injury department, they are seeking to appoint a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to handle a caseload of EL/PL and RTA Complex & Catastrophic Personal Injury cases.

This is a great opportunity to work with Lawyers recommended in the Legal 500 for their expertise, handling high-quality work with support from other lawyers and paralegals.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Catastrophic Loss claims involving brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, and fatal claims valued up to approximately £10 million.

There will be opportunities for training, development, MI, conferences, and team development.

The Candidate

• Experience in catastrophic personal injury loss claims is essential
• Experience with indemnity, liability, and quantum preferred

• Excellent legal, leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Understanding of case law, litigation practice, and Court Practice Rules
