Catastrophic Injury Solicitor – Associate/Senior Associate – Birmingham

The Opportunity

Join a market-leading defendant complex injury team handling high-value personal injury claims including RTA, EL, and PL. You’ll work on life-changing cases such as brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and fatal claims.

• Location: Birmingham
• Role Type: Permanent, Hybrid / Remote
• Salary: Up to £66,000 (DOE)
• Reports to: Partner
• Experience: 1+ PQE

What You’ll Do

• Manage complex, multi-track catastrophic injury cases
• Support or lead on litigation depending on experience from initial strategy to trial
• Draft legal documents, attend court, JSMs & mediations
• Collaborate with top-tier experts, counsel, and clients
• Mentor junior lawyers and grow your leadership skills
