Vincere is seeking a Casualty Solicitor/Associate in London to handle a varied caseload of casualty claims and litigation with insurers and corporates. The role offers a platform to develop technical capability and advance within a supportive national team.

Qualified solicitors in England & Wales with casualty/PI experience are invited. The role includes hybrid working where possible, with a focus on client service, relationships and business development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Casualty Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate

Location: London

Salary: £55,000 to £90,000 (depending on level and experience)

Experience: Qualified Solicitor (NQ to Senior Associate level)

Our client is growing its national Casualty practice and is looking to hire at Solicitor, Associate and Senior Associate level in London. You will work across a varied caseload of casualty claims and litigation matters for insurer and corporate clients, with the backing of experienced colleagues and a collaborative national team.

This role offers a genuine platform to develop your technical capability in casualty litigation, strengthen client relationships, and get involved in business development in a sensible, supported way.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a varied caseload of casualty claims and litigation matters
• Delivering commercially focused advice to a broad client base
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development and networking activity
• Collaborating with colleagues across a national claims practice
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members (where appropriate to level)
• Ensuring excellent client service and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
• Experience in casualty, personal injury, defendant insurance litigation or a closely related area
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Clear, confident communication and strong relationship-building ability
