Vincere is recruiting a Casualty Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate in Nottingham. You will handle casualty claims and litigation for insurers and corporate clients, with support from a national team and opportunities for progression.

Role offers a platform to develop technical capability in casualty litigation, strengthen client relationships, and participate in business development in a supportive environment. Hybrid working is available where permissible.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Experience in casualty, personal injury, or defendant insurance litigation.
• Strong technical, analytical and relationship-building skills.
• Clear, confident communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of casualty claims and litigation.
• Delivering commercially focused advice to a broad client base.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting business development and networking activities.
• Collaborating with colleagues across a national claims practice.

Casualty Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £45,000 to £90,000 (depending on level and experience)

Experience: Qualified Solicitor (NQ to Senior Associate level)

Our client is growing its national Casualty practice and is looking to hire at Solicitor, Associate and Senior Associate level in Nottingham. You will work across a varied caseload of casualty claims and litigation matters for insurer and corporate clients, with the backing of experienced colleagues and a collaborative national team.

This role offers a genuine platform to develop your technical capability in casualty litigation, strengthen client relationships, and get involved in business development in a sensible, supported way.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a varied caseload of casualty claims and litigation matters
