Job summary

Vincere is seeking a junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a well‑established national litigation team in London. You will support senior lawyers, manage your own caseload with supervision, and contribute to a broad range of commercial disputes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 3 years’ PQE or equivalent)
• Litigation experience is preferred but not essential if you can demonstrate strong interest and transferable skills
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail
• Commercial, solution-driven mindset and good judgement
• Strong organisation and time management, able to prioritise competing deadlines
• Confident communicator with a collaborative team approach
• Comfortable working independently when needed, with awareness to escalat appropriately

Responsibilities

• Supporting senior lawyers with their caseloads of commercial disputes
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Drafting pleadings and correspondence and carrying out legal research and investigations

Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Location: London

Salary: £55,000 to £160,000 (depending on experience)

Experience: NQ to 3 years’ PQE (or equivalent)

Our client is looking to hire a junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor into a well-established national litigation team based in London. This is a great move if you want broad exposure to commercial disputes, early responsibility on files, and the support of experienced colleagues on complex, high-profile and sensitive matters.

You will work with a wide client base, including larger organisations, owner-managed businesses, public bodies, insurers and professional practices. The team handles substantial, challenging contentious work, and you will have the chance to develop strong technical foundations while building confidence in client-facing work.

You will support senior lawyers while also managing your own caseload with supervision, depending on experience. The role offers variety, responsibility and the chance to get involved in business development and profile raising activity as you progress.

What You’ll Be Doing
