Job summary

Vincere is seeking a qualified Casualty Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate in Manchester. You will handle a varied casualty claims caseload, delivering commercially focused advice to insurer and corporate clients, while building client relationships and supporting business development.

You will work within a national team, with mentoring for junior members and a clear path for progression, in a hybrid working environment with a strong emphasis on client service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Experience in casualty, personal injury, defendant insurance litigation or a closely related area.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Clear, confident communication and strong relationship-building ability.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and good commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of casualty claims and litigation matters.
• Deliver commercially focused advice to insurer and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development and networking activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across a national claims practice.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
• Ensure excellent client service and regulatory compliance.
