Job summary

Vincere in Birmingham is seeking a Casualty Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate to join a growing national casualty practice. You will handle a varied caseload of casualty claims for insurer and corporate clients, with the backing of experienced colleagues and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Experience in casualty, personal injury, defendant insurance litigation or related areas.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Clear, confident communication and strong relationship-building ability.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of casualty claims and litigation matters.
• Delivering commercially focused advice to a broad client base.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting business development and networking activity.
• Collaborating with colleagues across a national claims practice.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
• Ensuring excellent client service and regulatory compliance.
