Job summary

Davies is seeking a Casualty Public Sector NDA File Handler in Bolton to manage a caseload of EL/PL cases for public sector clients. The role demands forensic, analytical thinking and a solid grasp of evidence and documentation typical in employer and public liability matters.

You will work to client SLAs, set strategy, review witness statements, medical records and other documents, and coordinate with Counsel and investigators.

Qualifications

• Experience handling a caseload of EL/PL files is essential.
• Previous litigation experience is essential.
• Ability to meet targets and work to deadlines.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication.
• High level of analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assess liability concepts in employer and public liability claims.
• Manage matters under client SLA's and set strategy.
• Review evidence such as witness statements and medical records.
• Instruct experts and coordinate with Counsel.
• Prepare trial bundles and attend Conferences.
• Ensure compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations.
