Job summary

IPS Group is hiring a Commercial Claims Handler - Casualty in Manchester. You will manage EL/PL personal injury claims from notification to settlement, investigate liability and liaise with stakeholders. The role offers a hybrid working model with homeworking up to two days per week and opportunities to handle more complex claims as you gain experience.

The salary is up to £35,000 DOE plus bonus and benefits, with support toward professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience handling personal injury claims (EL/PL).
• Background in Motor, Employers' Liability or Public Liability is a plus.
• Ability to manage a caseload from notification to settlement.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of EL and PL personal injury claims from notification through to settlement.
• Investigate liability and liaise with key stakeholders to progress claims.
• Ensure claims are handled efficiently and in line with procedures.
• Develop exposure to more complex, high-value claims as experience grows.
