Job summary

Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to support youth club provision and outreach across Carmarthenshire. The role focuses on delivering accredited learning to help young people aged 11–25 achieve personal development and reduce inequalities.

The posts will be county-wide and require a good level of conversational Welsh. An Enhanced DBS check will be required; the right candidates will be committed to safeguarding and delivering high-quality youth

Qualifications

• DBS check required (Enhanced with Barred List) before employment.
• Good level of conversational Welsh required.
• Experience with youth work with ages 11–25 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support youth club provision across Carmarthenshire.
• Potential outreach and detached youth work for age 11–25.
• Deliver accredited educational qualifications to promote personal development and reduce inequalities.
