Job summary

Norse Group’s St Nicholas House in Dereham is seeking a Care Team Leader to supervise care staff across day shifts and deliver person-centered support to residents. You will lead colleagues, work with home managers, and champion high standards of compassionate care within a supportive team environment.

£15.50 (Days) + enhancements + paid sickness scheme

A day in the life:

You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.

Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, so it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will champion our residents’ independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.

About St Nicholas House: St Nicholas House is our residential care home in Dereham, West Norfolk. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, including specialist care and support for people living with dementia.
