Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for The Red House Residential Care Home in Gloucester. You will assist adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism or complex needs in daily routines, promoting independence and engaging in hobbies and personal development.

You will accompany visits to appointments, assist with personal care and domestic tasks, and provide emotional support. Applicants must be 18+, DBS checked supported by Keys, and a paid induction program is provided.

• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
• Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.

Job description

The Red House is a Residential Care Home in Gloucester. We support up to six adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism or complex and challenging needs, including people with Mental Health needs.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:
