Job summary

Keys Group in Gloucester is seeking a Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs in a residential setting. The role includes day-to-day support, promoting independence, and aiding with health care needs and personal care.

You will help with personal skills, daily tasks, budgeting, and community activities while ensuring a safe, supportive environment. DBS check and induction provided.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.

• Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.

About The Red House:

The Red House is a Residential Care Home in Gloucester. We support up to six adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism or complex and challenging needs, including people with Mental Health needs.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.
