Hotel Indigo & K West Spa Shepherd's Bush invites a Spa Therapist to combine expert techniques with genuine hospitality, crafting personalised experiences that leave guests renewed and inspired. As part of our luxury Spa & Wellbeing sanctuary, you’ll perform luxurious treatments, maintain a tranquil environment, and collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver memorable

Qualifications

• Recognised spa therapy qualification (NVQ Level 3, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, VTCT or equivalent).
• Experience in luxury spa, wellness, or premium hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of health & safety, hygiene, and spa operating procedures.
• Exceptional guest care and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver luxurious face and body treatments with confidence, care, and attention to detail.
• Create personalised guest experiences by tailoring consultations and recommendations.
• Share expertise by suggesting retail products and wellbeing experiences that enhance the guest journey.
• Maintain a sanctuary of calm by keeping treatment rooms fully stocked and pristine.
• Collaborate with Spa Reception and fellow therapists to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Keep accurate consultation records, treatment notes, and daily administration
• Exceed guest expectations with warmth and professionalism, reflecting luxury standards
• Support sustainability initiatives and responsible wellbeing practices.

Fulltime - Annual Salary: £30,000

A Day in Your Neighbourhood

• Deliver exceptional treatments - Perform luxurious face and body treatments, massages, facials, and wellbeing rituals with confidence, care, and impeccable attention to detail.
• Create personalised experiences - Take time to understand every guest's needs, tailoring consultations and recommendations to create truly memorable moments.
• Share your expertise - Recommend retail products, treatments, and wellbeing experiences that enhance the guest journey while supporting commercial success.
• Maintain a sanctuary of calm - Ensure treatment rooms are beautifully presented, fully stocked, and maintained to the highest standards throughout the day.
• Work as one team - Collaborate closely with Spa Reception and fellow therapists to deliver a seamless experience from arrival through to departure.
• Own the details - Keep consultation records, treatment notes, room checklists, and daily administration accurate and up to date.
• Go beyond expectations - Handle guest requests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of a luxury wellbeing destination.
• Champion sustainability - Support environmentally conscious practices, reducing waste and embracing our commitment to responsible wellbeing.
