The Role of Casual Sales Assistant:

A customer-focused role aimed at driving customer loyalty and sales through providing personalized service. The role involves delivering exceptional service to meet personal and business targets, inspiring customers with our products, and continuously developing your skills and product knowledge. Successful candidates will actively contribute ideas to enhance the store environment and grow the business. Flexibility to support colleagues in other store areas is also required.

Key Accountabilities

• Greeting and engaging with customers upon arrival and addressing initial queries (e.g., buy and collect).
• Assisting customers with security tags left on at barriers.
• Supporting on nearby tills if needed.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience to stand out in the marketplace.
• Helping customers style themselves by actively listening to their needs.
• Introducing and demonstrating enthusiasm for multi-channel services to boost sales and loyalty.
• Resolving queries face-to-face or via telephone effectively.
• Maintaining stockroom standards and product availability.
• Presenting a high standard of personal grooming.
• Supporting in-store events, sharing ideas, and providing feedback for improvements.
