About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join the team at our Sheridan Cheltenham Outlet.

• This is a casual role — ability to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times (such as public holidays and sale periods) is essential. Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our Sheridan customers.

• Selling of premium products with the ability to highlight features, benefits, and care instructions.

• Ensuring all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard.

• Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards.

• Achieving sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration.
