We are seeking a truly exceptional, driven, and proven Casual Sales Assistant to support our growth and expansion.

Key Contribution Areas

• Greet customers with a sincere and warm welcome, ensuring they know you are there to help
• Ask open questions to understand customers' needs
• Recommend, select, and locate the correct merchandise for customers
• Receive and process cash and card transactions
• Stay fully updated on product knowledge
• Maintain a customer-friendly and customer-focused environment at all times
