As a Sales Assistant at Evans Cycles, your responsibilities include:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and guiding product selection.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of bicycles, components, accessories, and clothing, staying informed about cycling trends and technologies.
• Sales: Engage with customers to identify needs and recommend products, upselling and cross-selling to meet sales targets.
• Stock Management: Assist with inventory management, including restocking and reporting discrepancies.
• Cash Handling: Handle transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
• Merchandising: Help display products attractively and maintain organized store presentation.
• Safety: Promote safety protocols, including fitting customers with appropriate safety gear.

This role has variable hours, with no guaranteed hours of work, and some weeks may have no hours offered.
