Job Description

We are seeking exceptional, driven, and proven Sales Assistants to join our team to support our growth and expansion.

Key Contribution Areas

  • Greet customers warmly and make them aware of your assistance
  • Ask open questions to understand customer needs
  • Recommend, select, and locate merchandise based on customer needs
  • Provide information about offers, promotions, and store cards
  • Process cash and card transactions
  • Stay updated on latest trends and product knowledge
  • Maintain a customer-focused environment
  • Deliver high-quality customer service consistently
  • Educate customers about brands and products
  • Offer alternatives and suggest add-on sales when appropriate
  • Ensure store standards are maintained and the store is prepared for the next day
