Job Description

To support our growth, we now require exceptional, driven, and proven Sales Assistants to join our team.

Key Contribution Areas

1. Greet customers warmly and ensure they know you are available to assist.
2. Ask open questions to understand customer needs.
3. Recommend, select, and locate merchandise based on customer needs.
4. Provide information about in-store offers, promotions, and store cards.
5. Handle cash and card transactions efficiently.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and product knowledge.
7. Maintain a customer-focused environment at all times.
8. Guarantee high levels of customer service consistently.
9. Educate and guide customers about the brands and products.
10. Offer alternatives and upsell when appropriate.
11. Ensure store standards are maintained and the store is prepared for trading.
12. Comply with all brand policies and procedures.
